With coin modules, it allows remotely determine the revenue and inventory level (or water demand/consumption status) in real time.
The service personnel can optimize their service schedules to replenish the stock and collect the deposited money (or replenish water supplies) adequately.

Chicken Coops Tracability System with Zigbee Communication


Wireless data acquisition is accomplished with our zigbee I/O modules and converters. Chickens in coops randomly step on scales while walking around. An RFID tag has been put on their feet. The chickens weight and RFID tag information is logged. The information is sent wirelessly to a computer using zigbee technology. The control center is located on the other side of the chicken coop and is equipped with zigbee converters for data acquisition. Programmable device servers are used to gather data from a bunch of zigbee converters. The latest profile of chickens can be pulled up on computers. The effective distance of the zigbee network is 200 meters. Whenever an obstacle is presented, data can pass it with the zigbee network. Up to 65,535 nodes are allowed into a zigbee network. Zigbee converters are suitable for wireless transmission and industrial control.

Hydrologic Data Acquisition


Our G-4500 Mini Programmable Automation controller is widely used in geography information systems, especially in hydrologic data acquisition. Our ICP DAS G-4500 series PACs play perfect roles everywhere. With G-4500 PACs installed, hydrologic data gathering stations are established along the river. The hydrologic data, such as temperature or flow rate, are captured by the sensors in the water. After the G-4500s receive the data from the sensors, it sends the data to the central control PC via GPRS. The GPS feature shows the position of all the captured data. The data will be shown in control center. Irregular data will include warnings in order to reduce loss caused by disasters. Our G-4500 series is the best choice for Geographical Information Systems.

ICP DAS has just launched the mini-style G-4500 series. They feature M2M (Machine to Machine) which a hot topic in the 21 century. G-4500 makes monitoring, immediate message sharing, andquick responding possible.. It is an intelligent, efficient machine that effectively lowers labor costs.

G-4500 is a compact programmable automation controller with an antenna and built-in GPRS/GSM. G-4500 not only monitors the data but sends them out in real time to the control center if necessary. GPS is an optional accessory. With GPS, G-4500 becomes a tracking system which you can often find car systems, marine systems, etc.

Inside G-4500 is a high-performance CPU. Outside G-4500, is the standard interface of an antenna, an Ethernet port, 3 digital inputs, 3 digital outputs, 8 analog inputs, 2 RS-232 COM ports and 1 RS-485 COM port. GPS is optional. G-4500D comes with a 128 mm x 64 mm display for direct data presentation.

ICP DAS new product release: Intelligent SMS alarm controller- GT-530

GT-530 is an intelligent SMS controller for industry applications with the simple commands and SMS tunnel function, and power can be input by the external power or Li-Battery. It supports UNICODE or 7 bit format for users to implement sending SMS messages with various languages. Applying GT-530, the SMS reports can be sent by defined time or DI/counter event trigger. This can be a remote control and alarm system allowing you to use your mobile phone to monitor and control your business from any location. Its alarm facilities provide a flexible way to distribute critical alarm information to any number of mobile phone users. GT-530 can monitor total 10 digital inputs (6 counters). The users can interrogate the status of I/O through SMS messages. GT-530 also has 2 Digital output which can be activated via DI trigger or SMS to control the lamps, pumps, heaters etc.

Temperature Inspection System

There are many reasons could cause great damage in a running train. For example, the over heated train shaft would cause serious harm. For security reason, Train Shaft Temperature Inspection System is developed by ICP DAS. We placed infrared temperature sensors around shafts, and these sensors are connected to G-4500 series (M2M Mini-Programmable Automation Control). G-4500 controller will transmit data via GPRS service to Internet back to control center in real-time. With the shaft temperature system, control center would notice over heated shaft easily and send alarm message to train immediately in order to avoid the danger situation.

Street Lamp Monitoring System

ICP DAS has developed and deployed an effective solution for the purpose of remote monitoring of street lamp. In each control boxes of street lamp, we placed a WinPAC (Windows CE embedded Programmable Automation Controller) and I/O Modules to acquire data from control box. All data will be transmitted back to control center in real-time by using GTM-201-USB (Industrial Quad-band GPRS/GSM Modem). With the Street Lamp Monitor System, it is possible to maintaining and monitoring each street lamp instantaneously.

Vending/Gaming Machine Monitor

Generally, the vending machines or gaming machine are spreading out in many locations. To maintain each machine would cost great time and labor. ICP DAS invents a Gaming / Vending Machine Monitor and Report System to undo the problem of machine maintaining. Each machine has a GT-530 or GT-534 (Intelligent SMS/GSM Alarm Controller) inside itself. Once the specific circumstances occurred (for example, vending machine ran out of drink), GT-530/GT-534 will automatically send either SMS or voice message to users in program list. After user receives message from controller, user can send some one over to solve the problem.

Factory Wireless Solution

ZB Series is the newest ZigBee Network converters and I/O modules. ZB Series is not only complies with the RoHS Directive but also conforms with IEEE802.15.4 wireless communication standard. Through ZB-2570 (Master) and ZB-2571 (Slave), users may easily build a wireless RS-232/RS485/Ethernet network in a most efficient way. It supports ad-hoc, stat, and mesh network topology, and coexist with 65535 nodes. The communication distance is up to 100 meters (700 meters with enhanced antenna). In some existing systems that use a RS-485/RS-232 network, it is sometimes difficult to extend the new devices due to building structure issues, wiring problems or other reasons. The ZB series can be easily added to an existing system in order to extend your network.

The mini-style G-4500 series is a compact programmable automation controller with a GPRS/GSM antenna built-in. By using G-4500 series, user can easily acquire data from any site without wiring limitation. G-4500 can also combine with a GPS module which allows user to monitor the location of moving transportations. To replace the G-4500 on a vehicle or ship, users not only monitor its position but also manage the oil consumption.
